We are a direct manufacturer. Shenzhen Kame Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and operates a 3,000 m² factory in Shenzhen, China. We manufacture PLC splitters, fiber patch cords, MTP/MPO cables, pigtails, and SFP transceivers in-house — you deal directly with the factory, no middlemen.

Our Shenzhen facility houses 200+ skilled workers across multiple production lines. Our monthly output includes approximately 500,000+ fiber patch cords and pigtails, 200,000+ PLC splitter channels, 30,000+ MTP/MPO cable assemblies, and 50,000+ SFP transceivers. We maintain buffer capacity for urgent orders.

Kamefiber is ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2009, with all products compliant with CE, RoHS, and REACH standards. Our patch cords and pigtails are 100% 3D interferometry tested for ferrule geometry. We provide full test reports with every order upon request.

For standard products, our general MOQ is 100 pcs per type. For custom/OEM orders, MOQ depends on specifications but we are flexible. Samples are available with MOQ 1 — we encourage buyers to validate quality before committing to volume.

Standard terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment (T/T wire transfer). Terms are negotiable for established partnerships or repeat orders. We also accept L/C for large-volume contracts on a case-by-case basis.

Sample orders: 3–5 working days. Bulk production: 15–25 working days depending on product type, quantity, and current production load. We will confirm exact lead time in your quotation.

Quality is built into every step: (1) We use branded raw materials — Corning/Fujikura optical fiber, US Conec/Senko connectors. (2) Incoming material inspection for every batch. (3) In-process QC during polishing, assembly, and testing. (4) 100% final inspection: insertion loss, return loss, end-face geometry (3D interferometry for MPO), and visual inspection. (5) Batch traceability with serial numbers. Test reports are archived and available on request.

Absolutely. We welcome factory inspections and have hosted buyers from North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Our facility is located in Shenzhen, China — one of the world's most accessible manufacturing hubs. Contact us to schedule a visit; we can also arrange airport pickup.

Yes. We offer full OEM customization: your brand, your packaging, your specifications. Customizable dimensions include cable length, connector type (LC/SC/MPO/MTP), polish type (UPC/APC), fiber type (G.652D/G.657A2/OM3/OM4), jacket color, labeling, and packaging. MOQ is flexible for OEM projects.

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT for samples and small orders. For bulk orders, we ship by air freight or sea freight (FOB Shenzhen). We handle all export customs documentation. Shipping to 50+ countries including the US, Germany, Australia, Singapore, UAE, and the UK.

Kamefiber products carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive defective product (rare — our QC pass rate exceeds 99.5%), we will replace or refund upon verification. We stand behind everything we manufacture.

Yes. We provide insertion loss and return loss test data for every connectorized product. MPO/MTP assemblies include 3D interferometry pass/fail reports. Custom test protocols can be arranged for volume orders.
